A10

[edit]

The A10 actually reappears after the M11 junction and runs to King's Lynn. Not sure how to indicate that it is in two sections... Lozleader 23:02, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, the one for the A11 just ignores the gaps, stating it runs from Central London to Norwich - the A10 should probably be written as ending at Lynn for the same reasons (i.e. to maintain consistency) - the actual road page should make it clear that there is now a gap in the number where it multiplexes with the M11 and A45.. Why not put a small amount of detail in the Notes column? Regan123 23:28, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Done. C2r 17:18, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As another example, we have A46 road as Bath-Cleethorpes even though it is very fragmentary. Morwen - Talk 12:55, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, also the A12 at Ipswich joins the A14 and then comes back together eastbound down the A14! East Anglian Regional (talk) 19:24, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

References

[edit]

Does anyone know what reference or references this information is drawn from? Short article clean-up lists nearly all of these road articles, as none have any references. I'm guessing that most are drawn from the same reference source and so this would be an easy fix if someone can point me in the right direction (or just do it yourself if you prefer). Have you tried the SABRE website? Sunil060902 10:49, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A1089

[edit]

With where it starts , it does not start in Orsett , because at the roundabout for the A13 , B186 and A1306 , the sign clearly says "Purfleet A1089 <". So yeah , it starts in Purfleet and ends in Tilbury via Lakeside. --95.151.78.39 (talk) 16:11, 11 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal

[edit]

I'd like to merge A1421 road into A roads in Zone 1 of the Great Britain numbering scheme given that the current article is a stub with little notability and relies on another wiki as its sole citation. If there are no objections in the next few weeks I will move forward with this plan.
