Ruslan Aitbaevich Kazakbayev (Russian: Руслан Айтбаевич Казакбаев; born 18 May 1967) is a Kyrgyzstani politician.[1] He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs as of October 2020.[2][3] Kazakbayev was dismissed on April 22, 2022.
