Second attempt: does anyone know how to disable this? ta = false; doesn't work here, nor for preview or show changes. Vildricianus 06:43, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Where is this used? — xaosflux Talk 03:40, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It's the alt+s command that saves the page. Vildricianus 09:59, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Change the info?

[edit]

Presently, the main page contains a single letter, s. Should this be changed to alt+s? This is because typing these values saves the page. --Siva1979Talk to me 03:28, 13 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Problem

[edit]

I'm using the latest firefox, and I can't use this function anymore. What could be the problem? AQu01rius (User • Talk) 04:32, 19 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I experienced the same when I moved to Firefox 2. I think it is because Firefox now uses Alt+s for the History menu, which overrides the setting for the Save function. I am not sure why Alt+p no longer works for Preview. ●DanMSTalk 01:23, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
In Firefox 2, you need to use Alt+Shift instead of just Alt to invoke shortcut keys. So in this case, Alt+Shift+S – 86.140.176.154 12:26, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You can change this behaviour back by going to web address "about:config" and setting "ui.key.chromeAccess" to 5, and "ui.key.contentAccess" to 4 ref. the wub "?!" 17:53, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
