The 2025 Texas Longhorns baseball team represents the University of Texas at Austin during the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Longhorns play their home games at UFCU Disch–Falk Field as a member of the Southeastern Conference. They are led by first year head coach Jim Schlossnagle.

Previous season[edit]

Texas finished the 2024 season 36–24, 20–10 in Big 12 play.[1]

Preseason[edit]

After the conclusion of the 2024 season, Texas fired head coach David Pierce.[38] Just one day later on June 25th, the Longhorns hired Texas A&M head coach Jim Schlossnagle.[39] Schlossnagle proceeded to bring two members of Texas A&M's coaching staff along with him including Nolan Cain and Max Weiner.[40]
