Safari not letting me access website on my iPhone?

I am not able to open my official site****neither on Safari nor on Google Chrome. The site opens but when I put my username and password a message flashes showing that you are on Old version of Google Chrome/Safari browser update it . But when I delete the app and again download it from apple App Store it again shows the same problem . Please solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can work on this official site.

The website is misconfigured or malfunctioning, not the browser. Whatever code running at the website is sniffing the browser and is getting it (badly) wrong. Check for website software updates, then contact whoever is supporting the website software in use here.
