I have a Schlage Encode Plus updated with the latest firmware that I can open with my phone but not my watch. Both the phone and watch are updated. The home key shows up in the wallet and express mode is enabled on both devices. When I hold the watch to the lock it says done, but doesn’t unlock. I have repaired the watch and also reset the lock. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

So how is this for random after doing all kinds of troubleshooting yesterday and being completely unsatisfied. See my above message. Today I got home from work and just for no good reason tapped my watch to see if it would work, and totally did. On both locks just like it’s supposed to. My phone now opens both locks and my watch opens both locks. When my husband finally goes to sleep and he’s not annoyed by the alarm system going off every 15 seconds for me opening and closing the doors I will try his phone to see if I have the same luck.

That is what I have been asking! Most who have mentioned the watch they have it has been an ultra! If so Apple should be able to jump on that and get resolved!!! Mine, as stated, is the ultra 2.

Adding insult to injury, Schlage battery now drains considerably faster after the HomeKit upgrade and Ultra watch still does not unlock .
