That's how one of our most exciting stories began at the Food Innovation Camp... We are Elvira, Monika, and Wojtek – a team that loves food & sustainability.  With Brew Bites, 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬: natural, additive-free protein alternatives made from brewery byproducts, setting new standards in the B2B market and even impressing Michelin-starred chefs. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥?  To promote planet-friendly nutrition by giving side streams from food production a second valuable life. THE MISSION Construction 2024 has come to a close! What a journey it has been! Over the past three months, we collaborated with over 𝟭𝟲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝟳 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 to implement more than 𝟮𝟲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 – a phenomenal success for everyone involved. With top speakers like Dr. Christine Lemaitre, CEO of DGNB German Sustainable Building Council, and Konstantina Kanellopoulos, CHRO of GOLDBECK, our three events connected over 400 industry professionals. The RheinMain Startup Factory will initiate, support, and accompany technology-based startups and innovation projects. We aim to transform the region into a hotspot for Greentech, Deeptech, Biotech, and Fintech entrepreneurship initiatives. Leveraging excellent university research and economic strength from our partners, we focus on three clusters: 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲: 🎓 Transfer ideas from universities and research institutions into commercial business ideas. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲: 🚀 Support and accelerate initial ideas into start-ups and scale-ups. 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲: 💼 Provide venture capital and access to industry partners to scale young businesses. Die Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe waren auch in diesem Jahr Unternehmenspartner der „THE MISSION: Construction" für innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen in der Baubranche. #Nachhaltigkeit gewinnt im Bau immer mehr an Bedeutung. Die Bauindustrie spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Bewältigung von Umweltproblemen und der Förderung einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung.
