Your responsibilities

As part of the Investment Banking team, the main role is to:

• Support Investor Relations (IR), by e.g. conducting research on investment appetite, asset allocations, ESG requirements of potentially prospective investors
• Support IR on communication, e.g. by directly interacting with investors, including preparing presentations and going on business trips
• Daily support of corporate finance transactions
• Support feasibility studies and transaction structuring for strategic new business opportunities

Your profile

• Basic knowledge of and interest in the investment industry, especially for Europe
• Research skills on financial investment companies
• Documentation skills in MS word and MS PowerPoint
• International experience, at least in Europe, is preferred
• A great team player with excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
