Then join us now – we are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Global HR Office Team. The team supports the Global Head of Human Resources in strategic topics as well as day-to-day tasks and projects for the global HR function. The position is based in our Munich office and is limited to 18 months.

This role offers you the opportunity to grow experience in the entire HR value chain and to gain insights in a globally operating HR function within one of the world’s leading active asset managers.

What You Will Do

• Support and drive HR-internal team communication, engagement and development activities, globally as well as locally
• Maintain and enhance internal HR communication channels, such as monthly team meetings and digital team communications
• Support the preparation of internal and external meeting materials
• Support in various day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks and requests concerning the Global HR Office
• Align with different internal stakeholders within and outside the HR function
  
  

What You Bring

• Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German not required
• Creative spirit and very good knowledge of digital communication and collaboration tools and platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Slido and other)
• Proficient in using the entire MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of intercultural sensitivity to work in an international and highly dynamic environment
• High integrity and ability to handle and protect confidential data
