On behalf of a global professional services firm, Frazer Jones are working on an exciting opportunity for a
VP/Director People Business Partner (m/f/d)
to join their leadership team in Munich, Germany. This strategic position, within the global matrix organization, will partner with the business as a gatekeeper on all significant people-related decisions and be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy across the region, in line with the organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
First point of contact and sparring partner for talent management and development topics
Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute the people agenda
Develop and promote strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees and improve DEI initiatives
Lead region wide HRBP projects and ensure alignment with strategy as a trusted and integral part of the leadership team
Liase with respective stakeholders to assess headcount plans, develop hiring strategies, and optimize client engagement resourcing
Manage issues related to performance, flexible working, and employee feedback
Identify training needs, develop a career development framework, and review compensation benchmarks
Manage local HRBP and project teams and coach leaders to develop their people leadership skills
Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s strategy and communicate it effectively internally and externally
Build lasting and trusted relationships and interface with internal and external stakeholders
Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 9 years of professional HR experience
Solid experience in performance management, talent management, organizational development, and change management
Strategic and commercial mindset
Fluency in German and English
Ability to build credibility and to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team player who can be accountable for results, with a streak of independence
Strong leadership, coaching, and judgement skills with an attention to detail
High ethical, moral, and professional standards
