Join Moss' dynamic Underwriting team as Team Lead (f/m/d) overseeing credit risk assessment for our corporate customers across European markets (NL, UK, and DE). In this role, you will make decisions on authorizing our credit offers, directly driving business growth while balancing risk appetite. Be hands-on in underwriting, take charge of Moss' credit portfolio, manage key stakeholders, and innovate our processes. Lead your team to continuous growth and make our customers happy.

Your Responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

• Take charge of the credit domain: Monitor and evaluate Moss' credit portfolio, taking proactive actions to mitigate risks and ensure customer compliance. Be hands-on in reviews and approvals of credit applications using data-driven insights. Set appropriate credit limits for optimal portfolio management.
• Empower and lead: Manage a dynamic team of credit analysts, guiding them through hands-on coaching and providing growth opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration and support, where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.
• Recognize and execute improvements: Develop innovative underwriting processes and operational policies, utilizing data-driven methods to align with organizational objectives. Drive strategic initiatives, take ownership and execute projects to ensure customer-centricity and fuel growth.
• Strategically partner with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with senior management to shape new policies, define risk appetite, and drive future product development. Ensure that the team's consultative role is leveraged effectively to deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience.
  
  
  

About You

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

• Previous experience underwriting B2B financial products
• Fluent in English (C1)
• Proven experience in managing teams
