Develop and provide reports and ad-hoc analyses for HR management and other stakeholders, including identification of trends and adequate measures.
Your profile
Completed studies in business administration or a similar education.
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR systems, controlling or related areas.
Initial experience in the management of digitization projects is an advantage.
Deeper knowledge in the administration of HR systems and databases, ideally SAP Success Factors and Power BI.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a team-oriented way of working and excellent communication skills.
Independent and proactive approach with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Good language skills in English are mandatory, German language skills are highly appreciated.

The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components business unit is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies.
