In your role as a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ordering spare parts, ensuring installations, and solving Client’s requests. We are looking for someone willing to travel within the country, due to the installations, and also who helps to scale up the company to reach 1 million happy users worldwide. Our focus is to enable transformation to space-saving and smart employee locker room solutions providing best-in-class user experience for professionals around the world.
What you will do:
Ensure installations (plan, coordinate, and communicate with internal and external partners)
Manage the spare parts and replacement orders in the ERP system (Odoo)
Coordinate transportation (managing logistics operations and customs: export/import) by using the company ERP system
Record and follow up on order administration
Setup the service hubs (3rd party/partner network), training held for hubs to ensure their task completion (EU)
Providing technical support for partners
Planning and coordinating service and maintenance work
Acting as the extension of the sales department - represent Zippsafe, ensuring a positive image towards customers
Support firmware and software updates
Provide support to distributors
Technical, physical work: installing systems
Support for product promotion on external sites or trade shows
What you will need:
Relevant studies or experience in some or all fields
Native German and fluent English language skills
Problem-solving, positive attitude
Basic IT skills
Willingness to travel
