We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. As a Senior System Engineer for Microsoft Azure,you are part of our Digital Department that is responsible for the overall IT Service Operation andensures smooth business operations with its broad IT knowledge.You control and optimize the business processes and infrastructures that enable our multicultural and innovative team to decisively shape our vision of the future of mobility.
Superviseand manageourhybrid Microsoft Azure AD environment
Monitor and maintain our cloud environment and initiateprotective measures
Conduct and extendMobile Device Management (MDM)
Troubleshoot and resolve3rd level support issues
Conceptand installnew MS Office 365 applications
Set upscripts for automation using MS PowerShell, Power BI orAutomate
Be reliable for quality assurance and project management
Createand preserveourtechnical documentationand user manuals
, Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
Degree or completed training as IT specialistpaired with several years of professional experience in comparable positions
Experience and in-depth understanding ofintroducingnew IT and project management
Comprehensive knowledge in operatingand administratingAzure ecosystems
Proficiency in working with MS Active Directory and MS AAD
Reliability, ability to work in a team, and high customer orientation paired with an independent way of working
