As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d), your management responsibilities will increase, and you will oversee a complete workstream on your project. On larger projects, you may lead 1-3 analysts and consultants through the process of identifying the client's key questions, formulating hypotheses, structuring complex analyses, drawing conclusions, and creating a cohesive story. You will be in regular communication with the client team and will take an important role in client interactions and presentations. You will continue to have the opportunity to take leadership and mentorship roles within the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree and excellent academic record required (MSc or MBA)
4+ years of consulting working experience in international environments in the Telecommunication, Media or Technology industry.
Strong record of critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in German and English
