About the Role:

As a Senior Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping international clients within the pharmaceutical sector develop and implement robust business strategies. You will work fully remotely, enjoying complete flexibility in your hours, allowing you to balance autonomy with impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including market and customer analysis, patient journey mapping, positioning, SWOT analysis and KPI tracking
• Collaborate closely with clients to co-create solutions, ensuring their involvement and empowerment throughout the strategy development process
• Efficiently manage projects from inception to completion, standardising proposals, designing, selling and delivering projects with a commercial vision
• Plan and facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with diverse stakeholders, driving successful outcomes and client satisfaction
• Address and navigate the complexities and regulatory challenges specific to the pharmaceutical industry in all strategic marketing initiatives

Essential Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing strategy, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with deep understanding of its complexities and regulatory requirements
• At least 5 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver complex projects
• Strong client-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and address client pain points
• Experience working in international environments, showcasing cultural sensitivity and global perspectives
• Highly organised and independent, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Even Better If You Have:

• In-house experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies
• Proficiency in German and other languages
