We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Manager to join our team. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic and improving search engine visibility for ImmoScout24 and immoverkauf24, focusing on the Homeowner audience group. Joining us as a Senior SEO Manager offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of ImmoScout24. If you are a passionate SEO professional with a proven track record, eager to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we would love to get to know you.

How your role will look like:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to ImmobilienScout, specifically targeting the Homeowner audience
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content
• Perform on-page and off-page optimizations to enhance search performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, SEA and designers to optimize website structure, user experience, and conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to stakeholders
• Provide SEO guidance and training to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and trends related to SEO
  
  

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a marketplace business or e-commerce environment
• Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and driving growth
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, rankings and SEO best practices
• Proficient in keyword research tools, SEO analytics platforms, and webmaster tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Experience with technical SEO, including website structure and indexability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with the German real estate market and industry is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
