Senior Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

To support the local teams at our European sites in complying with GMP guidelines for drug manufacturing and meeting regulatory requirements, we are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Leading our team of QA managers & QPs & acting as a role model for GMP related QA
• Contribution to approving & ensuring the implementation of quality related (corporate) processes, documents & policies
• Planning & conducting self-inspections / internal audits at the sites
•  Participation in audits & inspections by third parties & authorities
• Contract & maintain quality agreements with suppliers & service providers
• Establish & maintain an effective & appropriate training programs, especially for onboarding of new employees
• Tracking the QM status & actions & reporting to the Head of Quality
• Representing the Head of Quality in the above-mentioned matters in his absence

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field, ideally pharmacy
• Several years of professional experience as a QA manager in the GMP area with management experience, also of remote teams, preferably in the field of radiopharmacy
• Willingness to travel within Europe (Germany, UK, Poland; approx. 10% of total working time)
• Being open to actively and positively cooperate with the corporate departments Quality, Operations, CMC, Legal, and Pharmacovigilance/Regulatory Affairs
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
