Your Mission

As a Senior People Business Partner (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will play a crucial role in aligning People and Culture strategies with our business objectives. By supporting managers of the commercial function and their teams in people-related topics and driving strategic people initiatives, you will enhance organizational performance and contribute to a productive and engaged workforce.

In This Role You Will

• Align PnC Strategies: Work closely with managers to align PnC strategies with business goals, ensuring that the organization’s people initiatives support overall objectives.
• Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of strategic people initiatives for example feedback systems, leadership concepts, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Organizational Support: Assist managers in building a strong, performance-driven commercial organization, helping to shape the future of the company.
• Daily Support: Provide day-to-day support to leaders, addressing their immediate PnC needs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across PnC, C-level executives, and the commercial and GTM teams
• KPIs and Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of PnC strategies and initiatives.

What You Bring To The Table

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on supporting commercial or GTM functions preferably within a Saas Environment.
• Ability to understand and translate business strategy into HR initiatives.
• Provide expert HR guidance to business leaders.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Use HR analytics to drive decision-making and predict future workforce needs.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• C2 Level English, both written and verbal.
