YOUR MISSION:

As the Senior Manager of Marketing for Teamsport your primary objective is to drive the marketing campaign and activation with prominent Football Associations and clubs. Working closely with the wider Creative Services & Business Teamsport Team members you will serve as the central marketing management function, ensuring alignment with PUMA's overarching brand objectives.

• Responsible to drive effective short and long-term communication plans for global PUMA Football teams to maximize the impact of brand sponsorship investments (in partnership with the larger marketing team)
• Develop action plans for scheduled Football events and seasonal campaigns for our PUMA Football assets across men’s and women’s teams, including product, clubs or National Teams milestones, key fixtures, cultural moments, reacting to opportunities, events and trends
• Craft and communicate authentic and compelling stories and content around our products and teams to enhance our connection and relevance to our consumer (in collaboration with Integrated Marketing team) developing sales and profile of our partnership
• In collaboration with Teamsport Marketing and agency partners create premium and impactful content, including visual, video, digital and social content to promote our brand and teams and federations stories; research, write and develop communications plans
• Coordinate, steer and lead the planning and execution of PUMA’s activations during major football moments and tournaments in close collaboration with relevant internal functions at global and local levels, as well as the relevant team partnership and club representatives
• Participate in and drive team brainstorming, strategic planning and provide team and federation expertise to PUMA Teamsport Marketing team
• Develops marketing materials based on the product concept and delivers marketing activations in collaboration with wider PUMA team to ensure strong share of voice and consumer targeting.
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or similar
• At least 5 -7 years of professional experience in relevant functions such as marketing or communication channels
• Experience across PR, retail, fans/consumers, and influencer activations desired
• Strong passion for football
• Understanding and appreciation of the digital, social media and PR channels and their importance within the changing media landscape and to the consumer
• Ability to research, write and edit communication plans
• Cultural awareness and ability to identify trends
• Ability to work in rapidly changing and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
