Your Job
What This Role Looks Like.
Responsible for personnel planning and forecasting for management areas in IT.
Contributing to the development of strategic personnel planning and resource management.
Collaborating closely with the HR team and controlling to ensure effective personnel planning and resource allocation.
Preparing decision templates and reports for management to support informed personnel decisions.
Serving as a point of contact for ad-hoc inquiries related to personnel analysis and helping to provide relevant information and reports.
Supporting the creation of long-term personnel strategies and objectives to plan for future personnel needs.
Accountable for executing Workforce Management-related projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
Your Profile
What You Bring With You.
Degree with a focus on HR, controlling or a related field of study.
Professional experience in human resources, controlling or accounting.
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an eye for detail
Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present complex information.
Very good English language skills.
Desirable extras.
Good understanding of HR processes and practices and an up-to-date stand on HR trends and best practices.
Experience with HR controlling tools and systems is advantageous.
