🌍 Hybrid in Dresden or Munich

We are partnered with a leading international business group who are a household name across Europe who are looking to expand their HR IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Document, redesign, harmonise, automate, and standardise end-to-end HR processes to increase transparency and efficiency, including analysis and optimisation of processes and system functions.
• Formulate requirements for (IT) demand management from process changes and support the development of concepts.
• Communicate measures and support change processes through training courses and events.
• Develop and implement quality controlling, support KPI and SLA development for HR services, manage projects, and track progress.

Requirements:

• Experience in shared services within large organizations or HR roles, with expertise in HR process documentation and standardization.
• Familiarity with process management methods (e.g., CIP, Six Sigma), BPMN process documentation, project management, agile projects, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with strong intercultural competence and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
