Job Title: Sales Specialist (w/m/d)

Location: Unterschleißheim, Germany

Position Description:

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist (w/m/d) to join our Munich team.

In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

• Responsible for related account management, customer management and information management
• Issuing revenue / turnover forecasts from sales projects
• Processing customer inquiries and allocate them to the respective persons of contacts
• Responsible for handling offers (tracking, archiving)
• Supervising, maintaining and supporting customer systems (B2B, IPQ etc.)
• Processing the project controlling, in cooperation with Minth China
• Administrating the change management: internal communication with regard to declarations of expenditure, orders and tracking of changes
• Controlling the outstanding accounts
• Maintaining complex reporting systems on different subjects (requests from customers, requests from Minth International, benchmarks etc.) in English
• Preparing all commercial topics and participate in negotiations with the customer
• Responsible for all administrative tasks (correspondence, presentations, invoices) as well as organizing meetings, preparing relevant documentation

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Completed vocational training or studies in the technical or commercial area, University degree in business administration and/or mechanical engineering preferred
• Good knowledge of auto exterior / metal
• Knowledge in sales of technical products requiring explanation or customized solutions
• Good technical understanding
• Able to work in teams, determined, cooperative and with a solid adherence to delivery dates
• Independent and strategic working style, solution-oriented thinking
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills, in particular on intercultural level
• Native or near-native German and business fluent English language skills, conversational Chinese language skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Willing to travel
