Job Overview

As a Sales Hunter focusing on the Manufacturing sector in the UK, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. We are seeking individuals who are adept at developing and nurturing client relationships and have a proven track record of success in direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector in the Europe market.

Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and pain points, and articulate how Sonata Software's solutions can address them effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales achievements, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Extensive experience in direct sales, with a focus on acquiring new business.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
