Your tasks:

• Consultation and support of our customers via telephone, email, and (video) chat for customers in Denmark at our office location in Frankfurt.
• Taking ownership for the Danish online store and ensuring that all texts on the online store are translated correctly from English to Danish.
• Localizing the Danish online store to cater to the local culture and interests.
• Working closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
• Ensuring that the store offers a smooth customer experience (e.g. check regularly that the payment options are working, etc.).
• Processing of orders in our e-commerce system and handling of returns and complaints.
• Process improvements and data maintenance.



You bring:

• Excellent Danish language skills.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service / sales / e-commerce.
• High motivation, especially for sales and willingness to learn continuously.
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good English skills.
• High level of self-organization and good time management.
• Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
• Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
