The role of the Regional Education Executive is to drive sales and target KPI’s through education for assigned region and train to sell and promote products. They must have a passion for people and service, with experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate must be strong in both sales and education, with the ability to recruit, consult and build a sale while maintaining ABH standards. The Regional Education Executive will elevate events and trainings at store level by delivering high level facilitation (small to large scale) and coaching the team in the moment. They should possess effective communication skills, execute timely reporting practices and build collaborative relationships. This role is responsible for supporting the coaching and developing the Sales & Education Executive/Sales & Education Coordinator on client service and artistry, including tracking their progress and communicating regularly with leadership. The Regional Education Executive is responsible for driving strategy and results for their focus retailer and/or partner. Excellence in client service, artistry and working in an entrepreneurial environment is critical to the success of this role.
OWNERSHIP
Responsible to support the achievement of retail sales plan and corporate KPI for the region
Responsible for driving field strategy for focus retailer and/or partner (Varies By REE)
Delivering best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales, both digitally and in-store
Builds strong collaborative relationships both internally and external
Possesses a critical eye for talent, development assessment, and can articulate the feedback clearly
Executes high level trainings and events as a key facilitator
Responsible for development of ABH team and tracking the progress in partnership with the Regional Education Manager.
Executes and follows up on education content created to ensure brand consistency
Adhere to the ABH expense policy
Uphold ABH Dress code guidelines, while consistently evolving looks to reflect current trend
Responsible for developing sales team in ABH technique and product knowledge
TIME BREAKDOWN
The majority of time is spent in-store driving retail sales and supporting team development in the territory.
Office time is approximately 1 day per week.
COMPETENCIES
Fluent in German
Knowledge of any other language is a plus
1-3 years of cosmetic retail experience, preferably in training and education roles
Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others through feedback and hands on engagement

Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
Track record of developing teams both in person and through virtual training
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
