Responsibilities

As a Consultant you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality work with new and existing clients.

• Win and deliver high quality recruitment instructions for new and established clients.
• Build and maintain a large network of relevant contacts.
• Develop commercial relationships that generate fees.
• Provide practical, informed advice to clients and candidates which matches the right people to the best opportunities.
• Manage interview processes to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related sales discipline
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
