Quality Manager in Operations (m/f/d)


Location: Böblingen (Global Responsibility)

Reporting directly to the COO, this is a unique opportunity to shape and optimize our performance, achieving the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your overall goal will be to ensure our operations delivers quality performance on target level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define quality management strategies and implement related strategic initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, procedures, collaboration, and communication across global operations.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of current practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement mechanisms of target setting and continuous improvement to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Manage professional and personal development of all employees in collaboration with HR.
  • Develop a globally scalable quality and process management system.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven experience in designing, standardizing, and improving business and quality processes, communication, knowledge, and employee development in a global setting.
  • Strong data-based analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, using the latest technology, with a focus on scalability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, committed to driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse teams.
  • Experience in the software or service industry is an advantage, as is any advanced certification.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English.
  • Travel: Ability to travel worldwide up to ca. 20% of the time.
