Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the strategic planning and execution of our clean drinking water product lines in the European market. This role is based in Stuttgart, Germany, and will focus on aligning our products with the competitive landscape, industry trends, and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Devise strategic plans for the European water dispenser product portfolio, identifying and emphasizing functional selling points in response to the competitive environment, industry movements, and consumer demands.
2. Gather comprehensive industry data, including competitor product performance, pricing, unique selling propositions, and distribution channels.
3. Stay abreast of industry regulatory changes, such as water quality policies, to craft informed and responsive product strategies.
4. Engage in market research and user demand studies, employing methods like in-home surveys and trial installations to identify and address pain points in current product usage, feeding into the product improvement cycle.
5. Facilitate effective communication between the domestic R&D teams and European subsidiaries to ensure the successful completion and delivery of clean water and drinking water projects in Europe.

Requirements:

1. Possess a deep understanding and analytical capability regarding the clean water and drinking water industry, including resource allocation and support, with a track record of practical success and industry foresight.
2. Skilled in translating R&D strategies into action, capable of synthesizing internal and external environmental factors, and adept at advancing strategic operational system development for strategic implementation.
3. Able to work in Germany without any visa sponsorship.
