About The Role
Nexperia aspires to become a $10b turnover business by 2030. We are now looking for a Principal GaN Product Development Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team.
As a Principal GaN Product Development Engineer, you will hold a key role within TeamNexperia and directly contribute to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices.
What Our Principal GaN Product Development Engineers Do
Lead semiconductor power device product development, ramp-up to production, and yield improvement activities
Identify and drive key engineering activities that optimize product life cycle and yield
Consider all product aspects from design to manufacturing to effective cost structure
Deliver concise summaries, and conclusions, and influence development activities and testing to optimize our products
What Our Principal GaN Product Development Engineers Need
Preferably a PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline
In-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs
Proven track record of accomplishment in an engineering or technology management role
Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levels
