  • Our solutions are built to innovate and optimise the efficiency of a companies day-to-day operations. This has three components:
  • Distribution: Optimise logistics processes, strengthen customer relationships and sales opportunities and reduce a companies environmental impact with our one-stop solution for last-mile distribution.
  • Maintenance: Give a companies maintenance, asset and reliability team the tools and information they need to operate digital efficiently, increase asset availability, improve overall equipment effectiveness and TPM while reducing costs.
  • Service: All-in-one service management software to maximise resource efficiency, improve first time fix rates, net promotor scores, reduce energy, waste and emissions with 360 Field Service Excellence.


YOUR MISSION

  • Design, implement and oversee our global People Operations processes tailored to our fast-evolving environment, ensuring our team has the resources and support they need from day one
  • Own the delivery and effectiveness of all core People Operations responsibilities across the entire employee life cycle and across our markets, proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Take ownership of all HR-related tools and databases with a dedication to precision, data quality, and compliance, building a solid basis for People metrics that foster informed decision-making and enhance HR practices
  • Ensure compliance across contract management, people mobility, and policies & procedures, collaborating with finance, legal, and management teams to align People operations with business goals and maintain lifecycle compliance
  • Support our payroll and benefits processes, working with internal and external partners for seamless execution
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the People & Talent Team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Emphasize internal documentation and knowledge sharing for an efficient People framework


WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations ideally in a fast growing environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational best practices and compliance regulations
  • Proficient in HRIS (experience using Personio's tool is a plus), showcasing the ability to leverage technology for HR solutions
  • Strong data handling skills, with experience in analyzing HR metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and departments.
  • Strong project leadership skills combined with agile mindset to manage cross-functional collaborations
  • Excellent command of both German and English, capable of navigating complex discussions and documentation with ease
