In this position as Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) for social media support, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

With the following conditions:

Start as soon as possible | full-time | 100% home office or in the office at our location in Berlin | Monday - Sunday from 8.00-23.00h | up to 2.500,00€ gross/month.

We are looking for language talents who speak English very well and one of the following languages excellently:

Arabic, Dutch, German, Hebrew, Russian, Turkish, English, French, Italian, Polish or Ukrainian.

What you will do in this role

As an Client Service Agent (m/f/d) in our Social Media team you will:

  • provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as phone, chat, and email.
  • offer pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.
  • provide product and tool support to enhance our clients' experience.
  • use tools and systems to identify customers' issues addressed in their raised queries.
  • escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups for resolution.
  • resolve customer issues in a timely manner, proactively communicate progress to clients, and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
  • maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.

Your Qualifications

  • Having online advertising experience.
  • have prior experience working in a service organization.
  • possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • are fluent, both verbally and in written form, in the language you applied for at a C1 level, and have a minimum B2 level in English.
  • are familiar with social media platforms and actively use them.
  • have familiarity with online advertising products and vendors.
  • have the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • are a fast learner and a diligent worker.
