We are currently working with a mid-size client, in the Pharmaceutical Sector, who is looking for a Freelance MES Engineer to support them on their end-to-end MES project implementations from both a solution analysis and solution implementation side.
About the role:
6-month extendable
Pharma experience is essential
Remote - may require some trips onto sites across Germany
July start-date
German and English Speaking
Tasks:
Together with the internal business partners, you will analyze the new requirements for the MES systems and implement the best solution to the requirements in the GxP environment
Ensure the administration and operation of the MES system
You plan and monitor projects with a significant MES component from the requirement specification to the handover to production
Collaboration and support in change control management and qualification and/or validation activities according to internal guidelines
Ideal candidate:
Degree / studies in computer science, electrical engineering, medical technology or something relevant
4+ years' experience as an automation / systems engineer / administrator using MES systems
Previous experience working in the Pharma / Life Science / Biotech environment
Relevant experience working with and supporting Pharmaceutical MES systems (PAS-X, Emerson Syncade, Delta V)
Nice to have: Pas-X experience
Nice to have: Experience working in a GxP environment
