SBU NCE Strategy & Market Intelligence > Strategy & MarCom

Being a vital part of the Business Unit Northern and Central Europe, the Market Intelligence Department is responsible for supporting the growth and business planning for the SBU, North Central Europe. As the Market Intelligence Specialist (f/m/d) you will have the responsibility of enabling better tactical and strategical decision-making by providing high-quality analyses and intelligence reports for NCE markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect appropriate industry, customer, competitor, financial, and operational data and information
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors
• Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports
• Provide objective, in-depth information about NCE current and future markets, product performance, competitors and customers in the market
• Utilize key market insights to formulate hypotheses for innovative solutions to business obstacles and identify new opportunities.”
• Aligning priorities with NCE Regional sales and Global Support functions
• Support NCE annual planning process with market requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business, marketing or engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
• Several years of analytical experience; preferred experience from the energy or wind industry
• Good project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex environment with a focus on detail and the willingness to engage in operational tasks
• Superior written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English; and preferably additional market-relevant languages (e.g. German would be highly advantageous)
• Extensive communication and presentation skills for presenting both technical and non-technical information are required

• Experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams; building enduring interpersonal relationships, including with more senior colleagues
• Ability to translate business problems into a research approach, and to translate findings back into business answers
• Great quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, including statistical, interviewing, financial, and secondary literature
• Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment, and comfort engaging with internal and external stakeholders up to the most senior levels
• Proficient in efficiently prioritizing tasks in a rapid and high-pressure environment
