This position is a limited contract for 24 months.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the President Nutrition in the daily office organization (e.g. appointment coordination)
Organization of meetings, invitation of participants, preparation of meeting minutes
Event Management, especially support of planning and Execution of EMEA Tradeshows like FIE, Vitafoods
Support with analyses and preparation of ppt presentations to suppliers and customers
Business analysis based on EBW systems
Management of internal projects and topics in the Nutrition Sector
Control of invoices and edit invoices via SAP workflow
Market research in order to support development projects on specific products or market segments
Cooperation with the assistants of the various business units
YOUR PROFILE
Several years of operational professional experience as Management Assistant or Project Manager
Very good written and spoken German and English skills combined with strong communication skills
Good skills in the usage of MS Excel, Workday, Power Point, Teams as well as CRM and SAP System and Share Point
Quick comprehension and an independent and structured way of working
High Self-Management and organizational capabilities; ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines
