Based in Poland, where one of our production facilities for animal nutrition and pet food is located, he has been pivotal in shaping and expanding Brenntag Specialties Animal Nutrition offerings as an Application Development Manager for EMEA. Tomasz started his career at a small family-owned business and joined Brenntag via an acquisition, finding himself at a global corporation. Today, 28 years later, Tomasz combines his business development and sales skills with his application and R&D know-how. He is happy with the fact that his role as a “solution provider” fits in perfectly with the positioning and strategy of Brenntag Specialties. Corporate values are the basis for creating a respectful and collaborative work environment to him: “Principles, values, and guidelines are essential in a large organization.
