At our new location, you will be the responsible lecturer / specialist trainer (f/m/d) for retraining as an IT specialist (f/m/d) in system integration / application development or data and process analysis.
You will impart theoretical and practical knowledge according to the training framework plan and design the lessons as a varied learning experience.
You will produce teaching materials, create tests to assess performance and monitor the learning progress of our participants.
By helping our participants to prepare for the IHK final examination, you will help to ensure that they are as well prepared as possible.
As a competent contact person, you provide our participants with empathetic advice and support.
What You Bring With You
You have completed a degree in computer science or a comparable apprenticeship, for example as an IT specialist (f/m/d)
You have very good knowledge of IT.
You have a certificate of competence in work education (trainer aptitude certificate according to AEVO) or are interested in acquiring one.
You feel at home in the digital world and virtual teaching is no problem for you.
You are pedagogically and didactically fit and have strong communication skills.
You are business fluent in German.
Experience in adult education or knowledge transfer is an advantage.
