As we evolve, we're seeking a talented Key Account Manager in Northern and/or Eastern Germany to contribute to our success story in the German market.

As an Key Account Manager for Northern and/or Eastern Germany, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the solar industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of PVO International's German operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including project developers, corporates, distributors, EPC companies, and large residential entities;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Act as the primary point of contact and develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and objectives;
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities;
  • Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services;
  • Position PVO International as a key player in the solar industry within the North of Germany;
  • Collaborate closely with the existing German team and Sales Manager to align strategies and achieve common goals;
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute constructively to discussions about market dynamics and opportunities.

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or proven experience in a similar sales position;
  • Knowledge and network within the solar of related industry;
  • Residing in Northern/Eastern Germany;
  • A target-driven mindset with a track record of client acquisition and closing deals;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proficient in both English and German languages;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization;
  • Respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.
