Tasks and responsibilities
Manage key accounts in the FMCG industry, including pharmaceutical wholesalers, pharmacies, pharmacy chains, franchise pharmacies, and new business customers.
Take responsibility for turnover, margin, and budget management.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to drive sales, increase turnover, and improve contribution margins.
Lead annual negotiations with challenging clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
Establish a sustainable pricing system that supports long-term growth and profitability.
Create targeted initiatives and promotions that meet the specific needs of shoppers.
Innovate and implement new sales and customer strategies to drive business growth.
Continuously monitor and analyze the market to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
