About the role


SUN Pharma is on the lookout for a dynamic professional to spearhead our pharmaceutical endeavors in Germany. As the Key Account Manager for Compounding- Specialised Wholesaler and non-Tender Market, you bring 3+ years of invaluable experience in selling and 2+ years in key account management of hospital and compounding market. This field-based opportunity, coupled with our hybrid working model, is tailored for individuals with a hands-on mentality in a multistakeholder market. Your role will be instrumental in steering the management of the compounding and non-tender market for hospital products. Join us on this exciting journey where innovation meets impact!


Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Stakeholder management of compounding and non-tender sectors for hospital products
  • Key stakeholders: Compounder, Compounding pharmacies, Specialized Wholesalers, Hospital out-patient market
  • FTF customer visits and virtual calls, representation on congresses, round tables and local events


Requirements & Qualifications


Education


  • Master or Bachelor in natural science (Health economy, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or MBA
  • Pharmareferent acc. to §75AMG



Work Experience


  • 3+years medical clinical selling
  • 2+ years hospital sales, compounding market and contracting



Technical skills



  • Excellent network in hospital outpatient setting, compounding pharmacies and compounder network
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Service oriented
  • Excellent computer skills (sales reports & KPI monitoring and tracking, customer analysis, market research, especially in Excel)
  • Strong presentation skills and written communication
  • Familiar with virtual meeting platforms for virtual or remote calls
  • Fluent in German and intermediate knowledge in English
  • Team oriented


Personal skills


  • Customer oriented, self-starter with significant field experience in hospital, compounder and compounding pharmacies channels, equipped with appropriate network
