Preparation of regular Business Intelligence (BI) reports for the Operations departments
Preparation of ad-hoc analysis for management and other senior managers in the Operations
Development of creative solutions for internal and external data processing for data analysis
Regular monitoring of operational processes, identifying and addressing operational risks
Communicating ideas, viewpoints, and strategies for improving and enhancing operational performance to senior management
Acting as a liaison between business Operations and IT groups
Daily communication in English and German
Your Profile:
Completed bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field with solid knowledge of statistics
Previous real estate or financial knowledge is an advantage
Previous experience as a business analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
Good communication and presentation skills as well as a high level of teamwork and commitment
Fluent written and spoken English skills are necessary; knowledge of German is an advantage
Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse is an advantage
