Your Role


Are you ready to dive into the world of partner retention and growth? We’re on the hunt for a German speaking Junior Account Manager who’s as passionate about nurturing client relationships as we are about delivering top-notch products at Solaris.


Our Junior Account Managers don't just manage accounts; they build and grow rock-solid partnerships that standout. With a proactive approach, they ensure clients continuously derive immense value from our offerings.


In this role, you’ll be working with a select group of clients, focusing on their unique needs and driving their success forward. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to achieve stellar commercial targets while maintaining a positive Net Promoter Score.

  • Revenue Focus - responsible for coordinating the Commercial efforts with the Partner to ensure that the Partnership achieves the revenue targets of Solaris.
  • Partner Compliance: you have a central role in the compliance of our Partners to our regulatory, contractual and outsourcing requirements.
  • Partnership Satisfaction: responsible for bringing visibility and recommending solutions to Solaris as to areas of dissatisfaction/of improvements within the Partnership.
  • Strategic consulting: collaborate with the Partner to ensure that they deliver value and are competitive in the market.
  • Forecasting: responsible for providing Solaris with the required information in order for the company to understand partner demands in the coming months and quarters.

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.


  • 1-2 years in account management, sales, or a related field, ideally dealing with international customers for a technology or financial services company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in banking, digital business models, and the fintech industry, demonstrated through either education or experience.
  • Proven ability to manage commercial relationships effectively.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data analytics and outsourcing controlling.
  • Fluency in both German and English language communication skills .
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of operating on both an operational and strategic level.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
