Strong technical skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities required with one of our client.
Area Of Application
Onsite and remote support services for Windows devices
Dismantling, moving and setting up IT workstations on site
Processing, analysing IT disruptions and inquiries remotely and on site
Instruction of users regarding the use of the software and hardware
Acceptance, processing and documentation of faults via a ticket system
Detailed documentation of work processes
Knowledge of network and printer environments
Must-have Skills
Windows operating system know-how - regular - expert
Onsite and Remote Support - Expert
Ticket system, ticket handling, ticket documentation and maintenance in compliance with the SLA's - Regular
