CeGaT GmbH, founded in Tübingen in 2009, combines medical expertise with next-generation sequencing (NGS) to answer questions from medicine, science and the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. As a leading provider of human genetic diagnostics, we help doctors to find the genetic cause of rare diseases. We support oncologists and cancer patients in understanding and treating the disease. For research and the pharmaceutical industry, we offer a broad portfolio of sequencing services and tumor analyses. We generate the data basis for your clinical studies and medical innovations and continue to drive science forward with our own findings. Our laboratory is accredited according to CAP/CLIA and DIN EN ISO 15189. To ensure results of the highest quality, all processes are carried out in-house under scientific supervision.

Your Area Of Responsibility

• You are the first point of contact for our IT customers within first/second level support
• You create service descriptions, training materials and documentation for our IT system landscape
• Your tasks range from installation to administration and maintenance of our IT workstations as well as the procurement and management of IT inventory
• You are responsible for the technical onboarding of new employees
• The support of our applications in the various divisions is also part of your responsibility
• You comply with our quality standards (ISO 15189, CAP/CLIA)
