THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
You provide first and second level support
You are the contact person for users from mainly European countries
You are responsible for ticket processing, classification and prioritization of incidents and development of solutions
You manage the users and licenses for various software programs in our company
You are responsible for helping to create and maintain IT documentation and installation instructions
What You Bring With You
You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), system electronics technician (m/f/d), IT systems administrator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
You have strong IT skills and professional experience, ideally in an international environment
You have experience in the administration of Windows client operating systems and in IT service management based on ITIL
You are familiar with Microsoft Office products, Active Directory and Office 365 administration
You have a service-oriented, independent and team-oriented way of working
You have a very good command of written and spoken English
