Who will you be joining?

Quality Assurance supports IT transformation endeavors across Allianz Group by providing early assurance for smoother delivery of IT transformation programs and running services with proactive quality reviews focusing on reducing operational risks, give alerts on unintended deviations, as well as monitor mitigation measures and share best practices.

• Supporting team members of the QA in their tasks and projects
• Understanding of Large data sets management
• Able to understand and verbally convey her/his work and thought processes.
• Interest in current technology landscape, AI
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

• High integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Structured, dedicated and ability to work well under pressure
• Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills and a strong can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with IT or Operations management
• Currently enrolled in a degree in business administration, Operations, or Computer Science with IT Management, or comparable studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be very beneficial
• First experiences in project management or IT or Operations are a plus
• Prior knowledge of IT Management or insurance operations is not necessarily required but desired
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and learn Company best practices
• Gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within a real-world business environment
• Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
