• Erstellung und Pflege von Produktionskapazitätsmodellen zur Planung und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
• Effiziente Kapazitätsplanung von Maschinen und Arbeitsbereichen unter Berücksichtung der Auslastung der Mitarbeiter, der Arbeitsabläufe und des Platzbedarfs
• Analyse von Fertigungsabläufen, um Verbesserungspotenziale aufzudecken
• Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation von Einsparpotenzialen zur Senkung der Herstellungskosten und Effizienzsteigerung in der Produktion einschließlich Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Ausarbeitung von Maßnahmen, die die Produktqualität erhöhen und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Produktion steigern
• Unterstützung bei Budget- und ABC-Kostenerstellungen
• Betreuung des betrieblichen Vorschlagswesens

• Creation and maintenance of production capacity models for planning and optimizing production processes
• Efficient capacity planning of machines and work areas, taking into account employee utilization, work processes and space requirements
• Analysis of production processes to uncover potential for improvement
• Development and documentation of potential savings to reduce manufacturing costs and increase efficiency in production, including evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Development of measures to improve product quality and increase production efficiency
• Support with budget and ABC cost calculations

Required Skills and Education

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kapazitäts- und Arbeitszeitmodellen sowie in der Auswertung von Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Produktions- und Planungssoftware sowie in der Kostenrechnung und Budgetplanung
• Sehr gute Organisations- und Planungskompetenz sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
• Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstark und sehr guter Teamplayer
• Hohe Motivation und Flexibilität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Completed technical studies or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial company
• Experience in the creation of capacity and working time models as well as in the evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Good knowledge in the use of production and planning software as well as in cost accounting and budget planning
• Very good organizational and planning skills as well as analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and very good team player
• High motivation and flexibility
