Business Development Manager – Robotics (LiDAR Technology)

Compensation: Up to €140k

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Lead sales initiatives in Robotics, covering Autonomous Mobility, Surveillance, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Reality Capture, Mapping, and Channel Business.
Strategic Engagement: Implement a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach to target top prospects and key accounts.
Partner Management: Oversee and support the partner network across the EMEA region.
Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement and prospecting.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads from the corporate website, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns.
Industry Presence: Represent the company at EMEA tradeshows and industry conferences to drive brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
Customer Insights: Gather and relay customer requirements to product management and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience within industrial accounts in the EMEA region.
Track Record: Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
Education: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Expertise: Experience in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions, including LiDAR, Camera, and 3D systems.
