HR BUSINESS PARTNER

for Iturri Wilnsdorf & Cologne Germany

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for operational HR support in Germany
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related issues
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes in line with global guidelines
• Managing the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring
• Supervision and further development of employee development programs and training
• Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal guidelines
• Supporting international HR projects and collaborating with global HR teams
• Creation and analysis of HR reports and key figures for the continuous optimization of HR work

Our requirements:

• At least 5 years of HR experience from various backgrounds (dealing with "soft" HR processes is a must)
• Degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of German labor law and HR processes
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• High intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English, other language skills an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and other Microsoft Tools
• Willingness to travel on business, Cologne
• Enthusiasm, openness, communication and team work skills
