Main Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting initial orientations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events.
Provide support in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Participate in HR projects and contribute to the development of HR strategies and programs.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, or recent graduate.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Chinese, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English and German.
Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
